Every nights a party next door but tonight they brought a full band. How nice of them. They turned up the music way louder after this first set. These Russian terrorist have been squatting in this home for about a year, not paying rent to the owner in China. The man (who's wife is in China) lived here for 30 years then passed away from a brain tumor. He was always a respectful kind neighbor who in his youth (in the 80's would have a band over where they would play music (at a respectful volume during the day). Once he passed and the wife had to find tenants, moved in some nice people fixing up the home. Then they moved out because these guys conned her into thinking she'd get more money and help fixing up the house. So these these losers move in. I have heard her yelling several times at them (in the little English she speaks) if they won't pay rent to at least paint the floor boards. They told her to fuck off so she went back to China, ignoring everyones plea about these tenants. They are constantly partying from 8pm-5am, depending how long before they pass out. They will pick up a group of people from the bar on the corner and bring them all to the nightly parties. They have made fun of every neighbor as they sit on the front porch, even when one sneezes. Neighbors have been moving out like crazy, neighbors who have lived here at least 30 years. This used to be crack alley, now it's home of the terrorist. THE COPS HAVE NEVER SHOWED UP EVEN WITH ELDERLY PEOPLE CALLLING AT 1AM FOR HELP. Portland Police are a huge joke. Don't move here. Unless you like getting cut with a machete (listen to the P25 radio system), about to kill yourself, need a welfare check on a suicidal and homicides. Portland Police=HUGE JOKE.
